This Privacy Policy explains how Make Me ("we," "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit makemegummies.com, buy from us, subscribe, use the Make Me app or contact us.

We know that buying an intimate product is personal. We treat the fact that you're a Make Me customer as sensitive: we never sell your personal information, and we keep what we share with advertising partners to a minimum.

1. Information we collect

You give us directly

• Contact and order details: name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order and subscription history.
• Payment details: handled by our payment processors. We don't see or store full card numbers.
• Preferences you choose to share: for example quiz answers, preferences for your date-night plans, gift notes, reviews and messages to support.
• Age confirmation: that you are 18 or older.

Collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, links clicked, cart activity and referring site.
• Approximate location derived from your IP address, used for taxes, shipping options and currency.
• Cookies, pixels and similar technologies (Section 5).

From partners

• Our e-commerce platform, payment processors, subscription and fulfillment providers, and advertising and analytics partners.

2. How we use your information

• To process orders and subscriptions, ship boxes and handle returns.
• To prepare your date-night plans and personalize your box, app and playlist.
• To provide customer support and send service messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, renewal reminders).
• To send marketing emails, if you've agreed to receive them.
• To measure and improve our website, products and advertising.
• To prevent fraud, verify age, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run Make Me, under contracts that limit how they use it:

We do not sell personal information for money.

4. Discretion in advertising

When we send website events to advertising partners, we use neutral product names rather than descriptions of what the product is. We don't upload customer lists that identify you as a Make Me buyer without the consent required by law.

5. Cookies and advertising technologies

We use:

• Strictly necessary cookies to run the cart, checkout and your account.
• Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.
• Advertising cookies and pixels, such as the Meta Pixel, to measure ad results and show you relevant ads.

You can manage cookies in our cookie banner and in your browser settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising.

6. Marketing emails

Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in. Consent is never a condition of purchase.

• Email: click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email.

You'll still receive service messages about your orders and subscription.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold and get a copy of it.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising, and of profiling.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
• Withdraw consent you've given.
• Appeal if we decline your request.

We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

How to make a request: email mmr@makemegummies.com with the subject "Privacy request," the email you used to order, and your most recent order number. We'll confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. To appeal a decision, reply to our response within 30 days. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with your signed permission.

9. Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This section applies to residents of Washington and Nevada and to anyone whose consumer health data is collected in Washington. It also reflects our approach to sensitive data in Connecticut, Virginia and other states.

Because Make Me is an intimate product, some data about you can count as "consumer health data" under these laws, including:

• The fact that you bought or subscribed to Make Me.
• Preferences or quiz answers about intimacy that you share with us.
• Inferences drawn from your browsing or purchases.

Why we collect it: to process and ship your orders, run your subscription, personalize your box and provide support.

Who we share it with: only the service providers in Section 3 that need it to provide what you asked for. Where the law requires it, we ask for your separate consent before collecting it for any other purpose or sharing it for advertising.

We never sell consumer health data.

Your rights: you can confirm whether we hold your consumer health data, get a copy, request deletion (including from our service providers), see the list of third parties we've shared it with, and withdraw consent at any time. Use the request process in Section 8.

10. Adults only

Make Me is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.

11. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

We'll post any changes here and update the date at the top. For material changes, we'll also email you.
